Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the PropAI platform (“we”, “our”, or “us”) at propai-proposals.com. By accessing or using PropAI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Overview
PropAI is designed for legitimate business proposal writing. Our AI tools are intended to help professionals, freelancers, and businesses create high-quality proposals efficiently. You are permitted to use PropAI for any lawful purpose consistent with that intent.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform, the safety of our users, and compliance with applicable laws. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use PropAI, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:
Fraudulent or Deceptive Content
Generating proposals that are intentionally fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading — including false credentials, fabricated case studies, inflated pricing, or misrepresentations about your products or services.
Harmful or Illegal File Uploads
Uploading files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code; files containing illegal content (including child sexual abuse material); or files that infringe the intellectual property rights or copyright of any third party without authorisation.
Circumventing Platform Controls
Attempting to bypass, exploit, or circumvent plan usage limits, proposal quotas, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or any other technical restriction on the platform.
Spam and Mass Unsolicited Communications
Using PropAI to generate content for spam campaigns, bulk unsolicited emails, or any mass communication that recipients have not consented to receive. This includes using AI-generated proposals as templates for phishing or social engineering attacks.
Impersonation
Creating proposals that impersonate another business, brand, or individual — including using another company's logo, name, or identity without authorisation — in order to deceive clients or other parties.
Illegal Purposes
Using PropAI for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to money laundering, bribery, data protection violations, or facilitating illegal transactions.
Reverse Engineering or Scraping
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of PropAI; scraping the platform using automated tools; or systematically harvesting content, data, or outputs from the platform beyond normal use.
Account Sharing or Reselling
Sharing your account credentials with third parties; allowing multiple individuals to use a single account concurrently; or reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially redistributing access to PropAI without our written authorisation.
Uploading Third-Party Personal Data Without Consent
Uploading documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties — such as client personally identifiable information (PII), medical or health records, financial account details, or government identification numbers — without the explicit consent of the individuals whose data is included.
3. AI Content Responsibility
PropAI uses AI to assist in drafting proposals. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outputs that are unsuitable for a given context.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before sending it to clients or third parties. Do not send proposals to clients without reviewing them first. PropAI is a drafting aid, not a substitute for your professional judgement.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred or is likely to occur, we may take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- Issue a warning to your account
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
- Report conduct to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law
Account termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, applicable law, or industry standards. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of PropAI after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
