Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on PropAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) at propai-proposals.com. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan.
1. Digital Service Nature
PropAI is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All plans provide access to AI-powered proposal generation, editing tools, and associated features delivered entirely over the internet. Because the service is intangible and delivered immediately upon subscription, our refund policy reflects this digital nature.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no charge. No payment is ever collected, so no refund is applicable. You may use the Free plan indefinitely or upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
3. Paid Plans — General Policy
All paid plan subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing period
- Unused proposal credits or feature quota within a billing period
- Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality
We encourage you to evaluate PropAI on the Free plan before subscribing to ensure it meets your needs.
4. EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of your first subscription (the “cooling-off period”) and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet begun using the service.
Waiver of cooling-off right: By using PropAI — for example, by generating a proposal, uploading a file, or accessing any paid feature — after subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly request that the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period. This waiver is standard under EU law for digital content consumed prior to the end of the cooling-off period.
If you subscribed but have not yet used any paid features, you may request a refund under the cooling-off period by contacting us within 14 days of your subscription date (see Section 7 below).
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, you were billed twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling — please contact us within 14 days of the erroneous charge. We will review the issue promptly and, if an error occurred on our part, issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
We cannot review billing error claims submitted more than 14 days after the charge date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to your plan features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
After your paid period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your proposals and account data are retained and remain accessible on the Free plan.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for eligible cases under Sections 4 or 5), email us at:

- The email address associated with your PropAI account
- The date of the charge in question
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of PropAI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
